“I really enjoyed the OASP summer course in Oxford, the place was very beautiful! We had an opportunity to live in the heart of the town. The accommodation was very good and the rooms were cozy, I had an amazing view from my window. We had an opportunity to experience how feels to live and study in Oxford. I must say, it was great! I really enjoyed my History of Arts and Economics courses. We had a small group of people so we had an opportunity to collaborate with our teachers. I’m so happy I had a chance to get to know such interesting and intelligent people. It was a great pleasure to be with them on their lessons! Staff members were very nice and friendly and made me feel like I was at home! I have very warm memories from this place! Thanks to all the people who organized such a wonderful summer course!!!”
“OASP was the 3rd summer programme I took part in. Experiencing a student’s everyday life at one of the most beautiful and prestigious universities of Britain was so special. Professors and students from the University of Oxford allowed a deep insight into the subjects which interest you. We had time to explore Oxford and go on excursions to other beautiful cities such as London, Warwick or Cambridge. I got to know so many people from various countries, most of them also striving to study at an elite university. This summer was one of the best summers I’ve ever experienced and even strengthened me in my plan to study at the University of Oxford.”
I really enjoyed staying in the summer school in Cambridge. I find this town very beautiful and I’m keen on having lessons here. All of our teachers are very friendly and we can easily ask them everything we want. There is a cosy and friendly atmosphere here. For me, it was very interesting to communicate with children from foreign countries. So, I hope I will be able to come here again!
On top of that, being in touch with different cultures and developing economical skills with best Cambridge tutors was something I really appreciated.Bucksmore gave me an overview of the university life and gave me the knowledge required to go to top universities. Indeed, the Macro & Micro Economics and the International Business Management courses were extremely interesting. We did many Case studies and we were in very small groups. That helped us to interact and ask many questions to the tutors.
The University of Cambridge is a place full of joy and very safe. All the Bucksmore students had a lot of independence so we could have fun with friends in the town.
The meals, the sports activities, the games, the expeditions and the workshops were all well-organised and exciting. I can feel this summer school made me more confident and it will surely be easier to go to university after this amazing experience.
My daughter Solenn has spent two weeks in England with Bucksmore in the past three summers. First she went to Plumpton and then twice to Cambridge, at Corpus Christi with the young leaders program and at Magdalene College with the Cambridge Advanced Studies Program.
All those three experiences were a great success. She enjoyed the Bucksmore summer schools so much that she is now applying to study next year at an English university.
As a parent, I was extremely impressed by the fact that Bucksmore tutors are dedicated to the motivation and progress of their students. I warmly recommend Bucksmore programs to all teenagers who want to open themselves to the world and learn to love the English language.
